Go see water?!

Grace has a new found fascination with water. Almost every day, she wakes up asking me if she can go see the water. She loves swimming in her baby pool, loves going to the beach and just recently we took her to the Baltimore Aquarium.

We picked a perfect day to go to the aquarium. It was 90+ degrees outside and we got to stay inside and have fun all day. We went to the dolphin show first, which was definitely her favorite part of the day. She loved watching them jump out of the water. Thankfully, we weren't anywhere near "the splash zone."

We also went to the Jellyfish exhibit, which was pretty neat. And throughout the day, we saw a lot of fish, sharks and sting rays. They even had a wildlife area where we got to see turtles, snakes, and birds. It was a good family day :)

We've been trying to get out to the beach a lot more lately, because my vacation time is almost up and the weather has been beautiful. The last few times we've gone to the beach, Grace has had so much fun. She really likes getting in the water now, which makes it more fun for us. And we've also been going with some of our youth kids, which is a plus cause then they can carry all our stuff :)

It's been a great summer and I can't believe it's coming to an end. We've had some wonderful family time and the memories have been unforgettable. Whether we're out at the beach or just playing outside with the dogs, it's all been great. Hopefully fall will be just as eventful and enjoyable too.
